This is an initiative that pursues the recovery and reinvindecation of the under valued brewery culture in Latin America by influencing its rescue and strenghening local identity

Our products, besides not containing chemical additives of any kind, which makes it an organic artisan beer, complies with the purity regulations of the 1516 Bavarian standards, using only: water, "cebada" the "fermento" and the "lupulo", assuring that its production processes are in harmony with the environment, optimazing the use of water and preparing breads and crackers with the "cebada" processed

Kuicas Brewer, takes its name from the ancient "cuicas" indians that inhabited the State of Trujillo in Venezuela and were related to the Chibchas (Muisca) from the Andean region, known as the most technologically advanced. Kuicas Brewers is trying to influence the rescue of its origins and lost dialects, generating a sense of belonging and value of local traditions as an identity element and global projection.

The name given to the three kinds of beer ( PALE , RED y STOUT) , corresponds to the three goddes worshiped by the Cuicas , Chés - God Sun , to identify our Pale Ale beer; Chia - Mother Moon to identify our Red Ale and Quirachu, God Punisher to identify our Black Ale beer..

The idea is that through the Kuicas Brewers' products some influence might be obtained to rescue this lost language through, marketing, labels, brochures, and hopefully generate the identity, promotion and reinassance of that ancient culture in local consumers. Having beer as the trigger of the concept of the Cuica culture.
